The Hole in the Wall has an updated menu, with many new offerings as well as a curated set of familiar favorites and more.
At the bar, you’ll find single malt scotches, craft beers, and Finger Lakes wines among the features. Our passion for creating innovative yet accessible cuisine inspired by the region is easy to see in our regular menu, and daily special offerings.
Chef and co-owner Travis Barlow considers himself a purist. He believes that the best food is local and seasonal, not sourced from half a world away. While his approach seeks to be simple, it is not simplistic.
The Hole in the Wall is an independent, family-owned business, just as it was when it was originally established on Main Street in 1932 as the “Perry Sandwich Shop”.
